Event Waiver Agreement

I desire to enroll the named applicant with the Journey travel program. I understand that the Athletic Consultants and Associates trainers, league directors, nor anyone associated with sports camps/leagues assume responsibility or liability for any accidents which may occur during the operation of the sports camps leagues nor for any medical or dental expenses that result of such accidents during, or as a result of, any course of instruction given to the applicant by the sports camp staff.

Hardball Refund Policy

Refunds will ONLY be given when we receive written notice from a physician stating that the athlete is physically unable to participate in practices or games at all. If your child was cut from a team prior to playing any games you can qualify for a refund as well. Refund requests will be reviewed by the Athletic Consultants and Associates administrators and Journey Athletics Office of Compliance for validity. All approved refunds will incur a 15% administration fee which will be deducted from your refund amount.
